Motorbike paint and body repairs

This is a specialized part of our work that does not come under smart repairs. Often extensive plastic welding is required which releases oil based contaminates to the repair area. Fillers, paint and lacquer materials need to be flexible. Paint effects can be more complicated with multicolour schemes. Manufacturers frequently change colour schemes and do not provide formulations so we become skilled at our own colour tinting. Often the whole panel will be painted or at least lacquered. On top of this decals need to be considered and applied.

It helps if you can provide the colour code for the bike or at least model code and year. Unless a bike is in for complete re-spray, we like to have just the parts that require repair.
